Payment Information
If paying via credit card, you will be billed by iCoStore, LLC.

Orders will be decorated and shipped within 8 business days.

Selection of Items / Returns Info
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on apparel, hats, and bags because decorated items are produced specially for each order. We do not carry an inventory of these items, so please choose your size carefully.

We have a variety of brands within the store and sizing does vary by brand. A size chart is available on each item below the image. If you have questions about sizes that cannot be answered online, please call our customer service team at 888-839-7366.

We will accept returns for defective merchandise. Please contact customer service at 888-839-7366 for a Return Authorization number.

Shipping Information
Please allow 1 to 5 business days for delivery after production time. Most orders ship from Tempe, AZ, however you may receive shipments from multiple locations within the same order.

Sales Tax Information
We charge and withhold sales tax in most states. It will be calculated in your cart. Each customer is solely responsible for all sales and use taxes or other taxes, applicable to orders shipped to any other state, territory or country.
